Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
